Features & Benefits
Standard Industrial Design
Classic cast steel globe valve design is the industry standard for throttling, isolation, and flow control in general industrial, steam, water, and oil & gas service -- proven reliability, familiar operation, and universal spare parts availability.
T-Pattern or Y-Pattern Options
T-pattern body provides the classic 90-degree throttling characteristic with good seat erosion resistance; Y-pattern body (45-degree angle) provides 40--60% lower pressure drop for applications where energy loss must be minimised.
Renewable Seat Ring
Replaceable seat ring allows in-line maintenance without removing the valve from the pipeline, reducing long-term ownership cost and extending valve life in throttling service where seat erosion occurs.
Backseat Design
Stem backseat allows packing replacement while the valve is under pressure, improving maintenance safety and reducing downtime during scheduled overhauls.
Stellite Disc and Seat
Stellite 6 hard-facing on both disc and seat resists erosion and galling at high velocity and high temperature, extending trim life in severe steam and process service.
Anti-Blowout Stem
Stem is retained by the bonnet geometry and cannot be ejected under pressure, meeting API 600 safety requirements.
