Return Policy

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within the specified return window.

  • Products with manufacturing defects
  • Damaged products received during shipping
  • Products not matching specifications ordered
  • Products failing quality inspection upon receipt
  • Changed mind or no longer needed (non-defective)
  • Wrong size or specification ordered (non-defective)

Not Eligible for Return

  • Products damaged due to improper installation or misuse
  • Products used beyond recommended specifications
  • Custom-made or specially ordered products (unless defective)

Conditions for Non-Defective Returns

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging
  • All tags, labels, and seals must be intact
  • Product must be in resalable condition
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective returns

Return Window

30 Days from the date of delivery for defective products

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product. Please contact our customer service team immediately if you identify any defects or issues with your order.

Exchange Policy

Yes, we accept exchanges for defective products or incorrect items shipped. We will replace the product with the same model or an equivalent alternative based on availability.

We inspect the returned product within 3-5 business days and process refund or replacement accordingly.

Refund Policy

International Returns
