Venturi Nozzle Desuperheater Control Valve for superheated steam temperature reduction by controlled water injection. ASTM A217 Gr. WC6 body sized for 65 mm steam line. Venturi nozzle atomization for compact economical design with minimal steam/water differential pressure. Better mixing of spray water. Final temperature up to 60 °C of saturation. Maximum turndown 10:1. Steam side mounting flange typically 80 NB; water side flange 25 or 40 NB. Spray nozzle SS316 with optional Stellite.
