Spring-loaded pintles adjust nozzle opening area with water pressure, maintaining optimal droplet size across wide flow turndown.
Venturi Acceleration
Internal venturi profile accelerates steam to high velocity at injection point, reducing wetting length and ensuring complete evaporation within 3-5 metres.
Low Wetting Length
Fine atomisation and venturi mixing achieve full evaporation in 3-5 pipe diameters, eliminating downstream pipe erosion and water hammer.
Modular Nozzle Array
Individual nozzles can be replaced or cleaned without removing the desuperheater from the steam line, reducing maintenance downtime.
