Features & Benefits
Integral DBB in Single Flange
Two isolation ball valves and one vent needle valve are machined from a single barstock forging, eliminating threaded or welded connections between valves and dramatically reducing leak paths, weight, and installation space compared to three separate valves.
Compact Instrument Mounting
Monoflange replaces a traditional valve assembly of three separate valves with numerous flanges, gaskets, bolts, and nipples -- reducing weight by 70% and space by 80%, enabling installation in crowded instrument panels and analyser shelters.
NACE MR0175 Sour Service Standard
SS316L or duplex stainless steel body and trim with hardness control per NACE MR0175 is standard, making the valve suitable for H2S-containing sour gas and refinery applications without special ordering.
Anti-Blowout Ball and Needle Stems
Both ball valve stems and needle valve stems are mechanically retained by the body geometry and cannot be ejected under pressure, meeting API 6D and API 602 safety requirements for instrument isolation.
Configurable Vent Orientation
Vent/drain connection can be oriented toward the process side or the safe atmospheric side during installation, allowing the operator to vent trapped pressure away from personnel and equipment.
Multiple Instrument Connection Options
Instrument outlet can be supplied with threaded NPT/BSP, flanged RF, or tube compression fittings (Swagelok / Parker compatible), matching any transmitter, gauge, or sampling system connection standard.
