Continuous Operation Design
Two parallel basket chambers with an integral diverter valve allow switching from the dirty basket to the clean basket without interrupting pipeline flow.
Integral Diverter Valve
Built-in 3-way diverter valve with positive mechanical stops prevents accidental switching to the intermediate (closed) position.
Independent Chamber Isolation
Each basket chamber can be isolated and depressurised independently for safe basket removal and cleaning.
Differential Pressure Monitoring
Optional upstream/downstream pressure taps on each chamber allow continuous monitoring of differential pressure.
Removable Baskets
Both baskets lift out through bolted covers without removing the strainer from the pipeline.
Magnetic Insert Option
Optional rare-earth magnetic rods in each basket capture ferrous particles, protecting downstream equipment.
