Installation & Maintenance
- Install per flow direction arrow on valve body
- Use proper gaskets: full-face for CI, ring gaskets for steel
- Apply均匀 torque for flange bolting (not cross-pattern initially)
- Stem movement check: verify smooth operation before pressurizing
- Initial hydrostatic test at 1.5x working pressure
- Annual maintenance: stem lubrication, packing inspection
