Double Eccentric Geometry
Shaft is offset from the disc centre and from the pipe centreline. This ensures the disc lifts clear of the seat immediately upon opening, eliminating seat rubbing and extending seat life.
Bi-Directional Tight Shutoff
Optimised seat geometry and spring-energized seat ring provide bubble-tight shutoff in both flow directions.
Metal or Soft Seat Options
PTFE/RPTFE soft seat for bubble-tight zero-leakage; PEEK for high temperature; metal/Stellite seat for fire-safe and severe service.
Low Operating Torque
Double-offset design reduces seat contact area and breakaway friction, resulting in significantly lower operating torque.
Fire-Safe Metal Seat
All-metal seat option with SS316 + graphite or Stellite overlay provides fire-safe shutoff per API 607 / ISO 10497.
Actuator Mounting Pad
Top flange drilled per ISO 5211 enables direct mounting of pneumatic, electric, or hydraulic actuators for automated process control.
