Jacketed Ball Valve -- Steam Tracing WCB

Steam jacketed ball valves in WCB carbon steel with welded half-pipe steam jacket for maintaining temperature-sensitive media in molten sulphur, phthalic anhydride, hot oil, polymer, and asphalt service. The integral jacket surrounds the valve body and end flanges with uniform steam distribution, preventing solidification in the ball cavity and seats during standby. Full-bore design maintains low pressure drop, while drainable jacket connections allow condensate removal.
