PFA Lined Ball Valve -- Full Bore Chemical WCB
Full-bore PFA lined ball valves in WCB carbon steel with complete PFA wetted surface for extreme chemical resistance in chlorine, concentrated acids, caustic soda, and semiconductor chemical distribution. The 3-5 mm thick PFA liner is locked into the body to prevent liner collapse under vacuum, while the SS316 core ball with full PFA encapsulation ensures bubble-tight shutoff. Full bore design allows pigging and maintains low pressure drop.
