Features & Benefits
Only Wetted Part is the Sleeve
Flexible rubber sleeve is the only component in contact with the process fluid -- no metal parts, no seats, no packing, no cavities for material accumulation. Ideal for severely abrasive and corrosive slurries.
Full-Bore Unrestricted Flow
When fully open, the sleeve relaxes to a smooth cylindrical bore equal to pipe ID, providing zero pressure drop and preventing scale buildup or clogging.
Tight Shutoff with Solids
Sleeve pinches completely shut even with suspended solids, fibrous material, or powder present -- unlike ball or gate valves that jam on particulates.
Lightweight and Compact
Body consists only of a lightweight casing around the sleeve -- significantly lighter than equivalent gate or ball valves, reducing pipe support requirements.
Rapid Pneumatic Actuation
Pneumatic diaphragm actuator achieves full open/close in 1--3 seconds, providing fast isolation for batch processes and emergency shutoff.
In-Line Sleeve Replacement
Sleeve can be replaced by removing the end flanges without removing the valve from the pipeline -- maintenance takes minutes, not hours.
