Features & Benefits

Pressure Seal Bonnet

Bonnet seal gasket is compressed by internal line pressure -- the higher the pressure, the tighter the seal. Eliminates leak paths common in bolted bonnet designs at high pressure.

Wedge or Parallel Slide Options

Flexible wedge for general service; parallel slide for thermal cycling and steam service where thermal binding is a concern.

Stellite Seat Overlay

Stellite 6 hard-facing on seat rings resists erosion, galling, and wear at high temperature and high velocity.

Backseat Design

Stem backseat allows packing replacement while the valve is under pressure, improving maintenance safety.

Anti-Blowout Stem

Stem is retained by the pressure seal bonnet geometry and cannot be ejected under pressure.

Live-Loaded Packing

Graphite braided packing with live-loading disc springs maintains seal compression during thermal cycling.
