Convoluted PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) expansion joints with vacuum-rated SS316 wire reinforcement and SS316 backing flanges for chemical, pharmaceutical, and high-purity pipeline applications. PTFE provides universal chemical resistance while the convoluted profile allows multi-directional movement absorption. FDA-compliant virgin PTFE is suitable for pharmaceutical and food-grade processes. No metal is exposed to the process fluid.
