Full PTFE Wet Surface
All process-contact surfaces are PTFE or PFA -- no metal is exposed to corrosive fluid.
Low Torque Operation
PTFE-on-PTFE plug-to-liner contact provides extremely low operating torque, eliminating need for large actuators.
Liner-Overflanged Face
PTFE liner extends over flange gasket face, eliminating need for separate gaskets and preventing fluid ingress behind liner.
Vented Bonnet Option
Relieves trapped corrosive media in plug cavity to atmosphere through vent pipe, protecting stem bearings.
Throttling Capability
Ported plug with characterised opening provides 30:1 rangeability for chemical dosing and pH control.
