Features & Benefits
In-Line Maintenance
Three-piece body design allows the centre section to be removed while the end pieces remain in the pipeline, enabling ball, seat, and stem replacement without system shutdown or pipe disassembly -- essential for process plants where downtime is costly.
Investment Cast or Barstock Body
SS316 investment cast or forged barstock body provides uniform wall thickness, superior corrosion resistance, and pressure integrity up to 2000 WOG in a compact envelope.
Full-Bore Flow Path
Full bore equal to pipe ID provides unrestricted flow, low pressure drop, and allows pipeline pigging (inspection gauge) passage -- standard for 3-piece design.
Bubble-Tight Shutoff
PTFE/RPTFE soft seats achieve API 598 Class A zero visible leakage, even at low differential pressure, making the valve suitable for isolation service in chemical and process plants.
Anti-Blowout Stem
Stem is mechanically retained by the centre body section and cannot be ejected under pressure, meeting API 608 safety requirements.
ISO 5211 Direct Mount Pad
Top flange drilled per ISO 5211 enables direct mounting of pneumatic, electric, or hydraulic actuators for automated process control without bracket adapters.
