Two Block Plus Equalise
Independent high and low side block valves with centre equalising valve allow safe transmitter calibration and removal without process shutdown.
Direct Transmitter Mount
Standard 54 mm bolt pattern permits direct mounting to most DP transmitters, eliminating impulse tubing and reducing leak points.
Non-Rotating Needle Tips
All three valves use non-rotating hardened tips that prevent seat scoring and ensure long-term bubble-tight shutoff.
One-Piece Barstock Body
Machined from solid SS316 barstock eliminates porosity and inclusions found in castings, rated for cyclic pressure and vibration service.
Colour-Coded Handles Optional
Red handles for block valves and green for equalise valve provide quick visual identification in complex instrument racks.
