Expanding Gate Mechanism
Gate and segment expand outward against both seats simultaneously when closed, providing mechanical compression independent of line pressure.
Full-Bore Design
Full bore equal to pipe ID provides minimal pressure drop and allows pigging passage.
Double Block and Bleed
Expanding gate creates independent upstream and downstream seals, enabling body cavity venting.
Low Operating Torque
Expanding mechanism only engages at the end of closure -- during most of the stroke, the gate slides freely with minimal friction.
In-Line Seat Replacement
Seat rings are retained by the body and can be replaced without removing the valve from the pipeline.
Fire-Safe by Design
