Full bore versus reduced bore ball valves for pigging, pressure drop, and cost. Buyer notes from Supreme Valves India.
Quick answer
Specify full bore for pigging or minimal pressure drop. Reduced bore is common and lower cost when flow allows. State FB or RB on the RFQ.
