What types of butterfly valves do you supply?
Concentric wafer type, lug type, double-flanged, high-performance eccentric, triple offset, and PTFE/rubber-lined designs.
What is the difference between wafer and lug type butterfly valves?
Wafer type is clamped between flanges and cannot be used for dead-end service. Lug type has threaded lugs and supports dead-end service — one side of the pipeline can be removed with the valve holding pressure.
What materials are used for butterfly valve discs and seats?
Disc materials: WCB, SS316, Duplex. Seat/liner materials: EPDM, NBR, PTFE, Viton for chemical service. Sizes DN50 to DN1200.
