Precision-lapped metal-to-metal seat (SS316 + Stellite) achieves API 598 Class A zero visible leakage without soft seats, making the valve suitable for high-temperature and oxygen service.

Compact Forged Barstock Body

One-piece forged barstock body eliminates cast porosity and weld seams, providing uniform wall thickness and pressure containment up to 10,000 psi in a compact envelope.

Panel Mount Configuration

Round or square body with panel mount nut allows secure installation through instrument panels, control cabinets, and analyser enclosures without additional brackets.

Anti-Galling Needle Tip

Stellite 6 or chrome-plated needle tip prevents galling and seizing in high-cycle instrument isolation service, extending valve life in applications with frequent open/close operations.

Multiple End Connection Options

NPT/BSP threaded, socket weld, butt weld, tube compression, and flanged ends available in the same body pattern, simplifying installation in mixed-connection instrument tubing systems.
