WCB Ball Valve
Supreme Valves manufactures the WCB ball valve in ASTM A216 Grade WCB for process, steam, oil and gas isolation. ASTM A216 WCB ball valve — Class 150, 300 and 600
Most EPC and MRO enquiries for a WCB ball valve Class 150 specify ASME B16.5 raised-face flanges on carbon-steel process lines. Class 300 and Class 600 are selected when design pressure or temperature exceeds Class 150 limits under ASME B16.34 for WCB. Supreme Valves builds full-bore floating-ball valves for the common NPS range and quotes trunnion-mounted designs for larger pipeline sizes under API 6D.
Soft seats (PTFE / RPTFE) suit clean hydrocarbons, water and utility steam within seat temperature limits.
