Application
FM Approved gate valves are used on fire hydrant and sprinkler mains for OS&Y or NRS isolation where FM listing is mandatory. Confirm rising-stem preference, flange or groove ends, and whether indicator posts or supervisory switches are in the package.
OS&Y rising-stem gates are preferred where visual stem position is required; NRS suits underground or indicator-post installations. Match flange class or groove standard to the fire main specification before pricing.
