Application
UL/FM check valves prevent reverse flow on fire pump discharge, jockey pump lines, and zone isolation where listing is required. Swing or wafer check constructions are quoted against the BOQ end type and pressure class.
Pump discharge checks often sit with UL/FM gate or butterfly isolation on the same BOQ. Confirm horizontal or vertical orientation and any spring-assist note written on the datasheet.
