Complete ON-OFF ball valve assemblies for natural gas combustion safety service. Each assembly includes a fire-safe ball valve (API 6D / API 607), pneumatic spring-return fail-close actuator, explosion-proof solenoid valve with manual override, two inductive position switches, filter-regulator, local position indicator, quick-exhaust valve, and all tubing and fittings. Fully mounted, calibrated, and tested as a single unit -- ready for installation.

- Explosion-proof certification standard (ATEX / IECEx / UL / FM / INMETRO) must be confirmed by the purchaser for compliance with local regulatory requirements.
- Actuator sizing is based on the supplied air pressure range and valve torque at maximum differential pressure. Final actuator model confirmed upon order.
- Fire-safe test certificate is issued by an accredited third-party testing laboratory per API 607 / ISO 10497.
- Quick-closure timing (< 1 second) is verified during factory functional testing.
- All valve assemblies are factory-tested per API 6D / API 598: hydrostatic shell test 1.5 x design pressure, seat leakage test 1.1 x design pressure (zero visible leakage), functional test (full stroke, actuator torque, solenoid response, switch calibration, quick-exhaust timing).
