Technical Datasheet -- Float-Operated Air Release and Vacuum Breaker Valves
Automatic air release valves and vacuum breakers for water distribution, irrigation, and process pipelines. Float-operated mechanism releases accumulated air at pipeline high points and admits air on vacuum to prevent pipeline collapse and pump cavitation. Ductile iron epoxy-coated or SS316 body with SS316 hollow float. Kinetic small-orifice or large-orifice compound designs. No external power required. AWWA C512 / EN 1074-4 compliant.

The Air Vent / Vacuum Breaker -- Automatic Water Systems is designed, manufactured, and tested in accordance with applicable API / ASME / BS / ISO international standards. Compliance documentation and Material Test Certificates (EN 10204 3.1) are provided with every order.
Standard construction is carbon steel, stainless steel (CF8 / CF8M), and special alloy grades. Alternative and upgraded grades -- Duplex, Super Duplex, Inconel, Monel, Hastelloy, and NACE MR0175 trims for sour service -- are available on request.
It is offered in a range of sizes as per the technical specification with standard ANSI / ASME pressure classes (PN ratings on request). End connections include flanged (RF / RTJ), butt-weld, socket-weld, and screwed ends as per specification.

Every valve undergoes hydrostatic shell and seat testing per API 598 / ISO 5208. Documentation includes EN 10204 3.1 MTC (3.2 on request), NDT reports, and fire-safe (API 607) or NACE MR0175 certification where applicable. Third-party inspection by TÜV, SGS, Bureau Veritas, or Lloyd's Register can be arranged.
