Notes
- Ball check valves are designed for vertical upward flow; for horizontal flow, specify guided piston or swing check alternatives.
- Ball weight and seat diameter are matched to provide adequate seating force; do not substitute balls from different valve sizes.
- For viscous or polymerising fluids, specify metal seat with wide ball clearance to prevent adhesion and ball seizure.
- Tri-clamp sanitary version requires specified ferrule standard (DIN 32676, SMS, or ISO 2852) at order for gasket compatibility.
- Bidirectional seat option requires dual seat machining and increases cracking pressure by 20%; specify actual flow direction pattern at order.
