Conforms to ASME B16.10 for face-to-face. Bore sizes are full-bore from DN15 to DN250 (Reduced bore for 1-piece). Flange details conform to ASME B16.5 RF. Screwed connections BSP/NPT are compact. General arrangement drawings (GAD) with dimensions and weights are provided for engineering approval.

10. General Notes

  1. Floating ball valves use fluid pressure to push the ball against the downstream seat, guaranteeing tight sealing.
  2. 3-piece body design allows the center section containing ball/seats to swing out, permitting rapid in-line seat replacement.
  3. Anti-static springs are integrated in the stem to ground electrostatic charges generated by floating fluid friction.
  4. ISO 5211 actuator mounting pad enables quick and easy mounting of pneumatic or electric automated actuator packages.
