Bellows seal globe valves for zero-emissions service. Multi-ply SS316L hydroformed bellows provides an absolute dynamic seal around the stem, eliminating all packing leakage and meeting TA-Luft, ISO 15848-1, and EPA VOC emission requirements. Secondary graphite packing provides fail-safe backup sealing. Available with soft PTFE seat (bubble-tight) or Stellite metal seat (high temperature).

Notes
- Service fluid, temperature, and emission class (TA-Luft / ISO 15848-1) must be specified by the purchaser for correct bellows material and cycle life verification.
- Bellows material: SS316L (up to 400 deg C), Inconel 625 (up to 600 deg C). Bellows cycle life > 10,000 cycles at rated conditions.
- For oxygen service, all components must be degreased and cleaned per ASTM G93 Level 300.
- All valves are manufactured by Supreme Valves India as per our standard specifications.
