Conforms to API 609 or ISO 5752. Bore sizes are full-bore from DN50 to DN1200. Concentric design Wafer and Lug dimensions. Gear boxes are recommended for sizes DN200 and above. General arrangement drawings (GAD) with dimensions and weights are provided for approval.

10. General Notes

  1. Concentric design means the shaft is centered in the disc and body, offering compact face-to-face and low weight.
  2. Replaceable EPDM/NBR seats wrap around the body chest, isolating fluid entirely from the cast iron body.
  3. Lugged style valves are recommended for dead-end piping services to permit downstream pipe dismantling.
  4. Potable water valves are coated with non-toxic, electrostatic epoxy powders (min 250 μm thickness).
