Stem	SS316 anti-blow-out stem with double O-ring seals, PTFE/graphite V-ring packing, and anti-static spring
Packing	PTFE/graphite V-ring packing with Belleville spring live-loading for constant compression
Gaskets	PFA envelope gaskets for chemical service; spiral-wound SS316 + graphite for high-pressure flanged joints

Notes

Monoblock body is forged from solid barstock; no cast porosity or weld joints ensure maximum integrity for high-pressure service.
True DBB requires both balls to be closed and needle bleed opened to atmosphere; verify procedure with site safety engineer.
For sour gas service (H2S > 0.01 MPa partial pressure), select NACE MR0175 compliant materials with hardness < 22 HRC.
Fire-safe certification to API 607 requires metal seat backup; specify fire-safe seats at order for hydrocarbon service.
Integral needle bleed valve is rated to full valve pressure class; do not substitute with lower-rated external bleed valves.
