Double-flanged butterfly valves for large-diameter water transmission, distribution, and treatment pipelines. Flanged body on both ends for direct bolting to mating flanges in pump stations, reservoirs, and treatment plant headers. Concentric rubber-lined design with full-face liner extending across both flange faces for gasket-free bubble-tight sealing. Ductile iron EN-GJS-500-7 (GGG50) epoxy-coated body. EPDM, NBR, or Viton liner options. AWWA C504 / API 609 / BS EN 593 compliant. Bevel gear, electric, or pneumatic actuator operated.

Notes
- Size, pressure class (PN10 / PN16 / Class 150), flange drilling standard (EN 1092-1 / ASME B16.5 / AWWA C207), and liner material must be specified by the purchaser.
- Confirm mating flange standard and drilling pattern to ensure compatibility with the valve flange drilling.
- For potable water service, specify WRAS-approved or NSF-61 certified EPDM liner and epoxy coating.
- For buried or submerged installations (reservoir outlet, culvert), specify extension stem and floor stand to operating depth, and anti-corrosion coating system.
