Forged steel gate valves for high-pressure small-bore service. One-piece forged barstock or forged body provides superior grain structure and pressure integrity compared to cast valves -- enabling pressure ratings up to Class 4500 (10,000 psi). Compact API 602 / BS 5352 face-to-face is 40--60% shorter than equivalent cast valves. Integral threaded, socket weld, butt weld, or flanged ends eliminate leak paths. Bolted bonnet with OS&Y rising stem or NRS. Backseat design for in-line packing replacement. ASTM A105, A182 F316/F316L, or A182 F11 forged body and wedge with Stellite seat overlay. API 602 / ASME B16.34 / BS 5352 compliant.

The Forged Steel Gate Valve -- API 602 WCB / SS316 is designed, manufactured, and tested in accordance with applicable API / ASME / BS / ISO international standards. Compliance documentation and Material Test Certificates (EN 10204 3.1) are provided with every order.
Standard construction is carbon steel, stainless steel (CF8 / CF8M), and special alloy grades. Alternative and upgraded grades -- Duplex, Super Duplex, Inconel, Monel, Hastelloy, and NACE MR0175 trims for sour service -- are available on request.
It is offered in a range of sizes as per the technical specification with standard ANSI / ASME pressure classes (PN ratings on request). End connections include flanged (RF / RTJ), butt-weld, socket-weld, and screwed ends as per specification.

Every valve undergoes hydrostatic shell and seat testing per API 598 / ISO 5208. Documentation includes EN 10204 3.1 MTC (3.2 on request), NDT reports, and fire-safe (API 607) or NACE MR0175 certification where applicable. Third-party inspection by TÜV, SGS, Bureau Veritas, or Lloyd's Register can be arranged.
