Full-bore wafer swing check valves for horizontal pipeline service with unrestricted flow equal to pipe ID. Hinged disc swings open with low pressure drop and closes by gravity on flow reversal. Compact wafer or lug design fits between flanges. Bolted cover with renewable Stellite seat ring. Full bore allows pipeline pigging passage. API 594 / BS 1868 / ASME B16.34 compliant. SS316, WCB, or WC6 body.

The Full Bore Swing Check Valve -- Wafer SS316 API 594 is designed, manufactured, and tested in accordance with applicable API / ASME / BS / ISO international standards. Compliance documentation and Material Test Certificates (EN 10204 3.1) are provided with every order.
Standard construction is carbon steel, stainless steel (CF8 / CF8M), and special alloy grades. Alternative and upgraded grades -- Duplex, Super Duplex, Inconel, Monel, Hastelloy, and NACE MR0175 trims for sour service -- are available on request.
It is offered in a range of sizes as per the technical specification with standard ANSI / ASME pressure classes (PN ratings on request). End connections include flanged (RF / RTJ), butt-weld, socket-weld, and screwed ends as per specification.

Third-party inspection by TÜV, SGS, Bureau Veritas, or Lloyd's Register can be arranged.
