Full-bore wafer swing check valves for horizontal pipeline service with unrestricted flow equal to pipe ID. Hinged disc swings open with low pressure drop and closes by gravity on flow reversal. Compact wafer or lug design fits between flanges. Bolted cover with renewable Stellite seat ring. Full bore allows pipeline pigging passage. API 594 / BS 1868 / ASME B16.34 compliant. SS316, WCB, or WC6 body.

Notes
- Install in horizontal pipelines only, with hinge pin at the top and flow direction matching the body arrow.
- For vertical pipeline installations, use piston check valve or dual-plate check valve instead.
- For high-temperature steam service (> 425 deg C), material upgrade to WC6 or WC9 body with Stellite seat overlay is required.
- For pigging service, confirm full-bore dimension matches the pipeline pig diameter.
- All valves are manufactured by Supreme Valves India as per our standard specifications.
