Instrument manifold valves for pressure, differential pressure, and level transmitter isolation, equalisation, and venting. Integral multiple needle or ball valves machined from a single SS316 or duplex stainless steel barstock forging. 2-way (direct mount isolator), 3-way (equalising), and 5-way (differential pressure transmitter manifold) configurations. NACE MR0175 sour service standard. Compact direct-mount design eliminates tubing and brackets. Colour-coded handles by function. API 602 / ASME B16.34 / NACE MR0175 compliant.

Notes
- Manifold configuration (2-way / 3-way / 5-way), valve type (needle / ball / mixed), process connection, and instrument connection must be specified by the purchaser.
- For oxygen service (> 21% O2), all components must be degreased and cleaned per ASTM G93 Level 300; PTFE packing required.
- For sour gas service (H2S > 50 ppm), duplex stainless steel (ASTM A182 F51/F53) body and trim per NACE MR0175 is strongly recommended.
- Mount manifold directly to transmitter or process connection without additional unsupported tubing to prevent vibration fatigue.
- All valves are manufactured by Supreme Valves India as per our standard specifications.
