Notes

Piston check valves are unidirectional; install with flow arrow matching pump discharge direction cast on body.
Spring-assisted closure is recommended for compressor outlet and multi-pump manifold to prevent backflow during pump switchover.
For high-temperature hot oil or steam condensate above 425°C, specify WC6 or WC9 body with corresponding trim materials.
Piston and seat are lapped as a matched pair; do not interchange pistons between valves or seating leakage will result.
Renewable trim replacement requires valve to be isolated and depressurised; follow OEM maintenance procedure for seat ring torque.
