6. Dimensions

Conforms to ASME B16.10 or EN 558. Bore sizes are full-bore from DN15 to DN200. Flange details conform to ASME B16.5 or EN 1092-1. Glandless design makes the valve highly reliable for steam and thermal fluid piping. General arrangement drawings (GAD) with dimensions and weights are provided for engineering approval.

10. General Notes

  1. Glandless piston valves achieve 100% leak-proof sealing via two graphite rings compressed by the bonnet bolts.
  2. Gland packing leaks are eliminated entirely since there is no packing chamber; rings can be re-compressed in line.
  3. Ideally suited for thermal oil, superheated steam, condensate systems, process gases, and vacuum service.
  4. Graphite rings are highly resilient and provide self-lubricating action, extending operating cycles over 15,000 runs.
