This datasheet covers double-acting and spring-return rack-and-pinion pneumatic actuators coupled to SS316 ball valves for automated process isolation. Units are assembled, tested, and calibrated at our works before dispatch.

Notes
- Actuator sizing is based on 5.5 bar clean dry air supply at valve MAST; higher supply pressures allow downsizing.
- Spring-return torque output is specified at air failure (zero supply); verify against valve breakaway torque with safety factor 1.3.
- Solenoid valve voltage and limit switch contact rating must be specified at order (24 V DC, 110 V AC, 230 V AC).
- For modulating service, add a 4-20 mA electro-pneumatic positioner with charaterised cam.
- SIL 2 / SIL 3 suitability available with certified position transmitters and partial-stroke testing setup.
