Notes
- Valve sizing must be performed using ISA S75.01 equations with actual process data (Q, P1, P2, ρ, T); submit datasheet for factory sizing.
- Cage-guided trim is recommended for high-pressure-drop service to prevent plug vibration and cavitation damage.
- Noise prediction to IEC 60534-8-3 available; multihole cage or diffusion plate offered for aerodynamic noise reduction.
- Positioner air supply must be clean, dry, and oil-free (ISO 8573-1 Class 3.2.3 minimum).
- Extended bonnet required for service above 250°C to protect actuator diaphragm and packing from radiant heat.
