Resilient seated (rubber wedge) gate valves for water distribution, wastewater, and irrigation service. Rubber-encapsulated ductile iron wedge and replaceable rubber seat ring achieve bubble-tight shutoff even on debris and sediment -- outperforming metal-seated gate valves in raw water and wastewater. Non-rising stem (NRS) for buried service or OS&Y rising stem for above-ground visual indication. Ductile iron EN-GJS-500-7 (GGG50) epoxy-coated body. AWWA C509 / AWWA C515 / BS 5163 / EN 1171 compliant. Handwheel, bevel gear, key-operated square nut, or actuator drive.

Notes
- Pressure rating (PN10 / PN16 / Class 150), end connection type (flanged / socket / mechanical joint), and stem type (NRS / OS&Y) must be specified by the purchaser.
- For potable water service, specify WRAS-approved or NSF-61 certified EPDM rubber encapsulation and coating.
- For abrasive water (sand, silt, mining tailings), specify full rubber encapsulation on both faces of the wedge and replaceable seat ring.
- For buried service, specify NRS with extension stem and surface box to operating depth; for above-ground service, specify OS&Y with yoke and position indicator.
