Straight-through sampling valves for representative sample extraction from process pipelines, reactors, and tanks in pharmaceutical, food, biotech, and cosmetic applications. Full-bore design with zero dead legs, zero pockets, and zero crevices meets 3-A Sanitary Standards and EHEDG Type EL Class I guidelines. SS316L body with mirror-finish electropolished surface (Ra <= 0.4 or 0.25 microns). Tri-clamp or butt weld ends. FDA-approved PTFE/EPDM/silicone seals. Pneumatic actuator option for automated CIP/SIP batch sampling. ASME BPE / 3-A SSI / FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 compliant.

Notes
- Pipeline size, sample outlet size, end connection type (tri-clamp / butt weld / threaded), and surface finish requirement must be specified by the purchaser.
- For aseptic / sterile applications (USP Class VI, EHEDG Class I), electropolished surface finish Ra <= 0.4 microns with full material traceability and certificates is required.
- For CIP/SIP automated sampling, specify pneumatic actuator air pressure, control signal (4-20 mA / digital), and integration with batch control system.
- All elastomer seals must be FDA-approved per 21 CFR 177.2600 and USP Class VI (on request for pharma); specify EPDM, PTFE, or silicone based on chemical compatibility.
