Segmented V-notch ball control valves for high-capacity throttling of slurry, fibrous media, and viscous fluids. V-notch ball profile provides shearing action and characterised flow profile for precise control with 100:1 to 300:1 rangeability. Double-bearing stem support prevents deflection under high differential pressure. Spring-energized PTFE/RPTFE/PEEK or metal/Stellite seat. Pneumatic rack-and-pinion, scotch-yoke, electric, or hydraulic actuator with HART/Fieldbus/Profibus smart digital positioner. ISA S75 / IEC 60534 compliant.
