Flanged sight glasses and flow indicators for visual inspection of fluid colour, clarity, flow presence, and flow direction in process pipelines. Full-view borosilicate glass (thermal shock resistant, -20 to +280 deg C) with SS316 body and SS316 wire mesh impact guard. Optional wiper blade for in-situ cleaning, spray ring for continuous flushing, and LED/halogen illumination for dark fluids. Sanitary tri-clamp models available for pharmaceutical and food-grade service. ASME B16.34 / DIN 28120 compliant.

Notes
- Operating pressure, temperature, fluid type, and required viewing area must be specified by the purchaser for correct glass thickness and body rating.
- For thermal shock service (rapid steam/cold water cycling), borosilicate glass is mandatory; soda-lime glass will crack.
- For high-temperature service (> 280 deg C), quartz glass with graphite/SS316 spiral wound gasket is required.
- For sanitary / food-grade / pharmaceutical service, tri-clamp ends with self-draining profile and FDA-approved gasket are required.
- Install with adequate clearance for glass replacement and wiper maintenance access.
