Technical Datasheet -- Visual Inspection Sight Glasses for Process Pipelines
Flanged sight glasses and flow indicators for visual inspection of fluid colour, clarity, flow presence, and flow direction in process pipelines. Full-view borosilicate glass (thermal shock resistant, -20 to +280 deg C) with SS316 body and SS316 wire mesh impact guard. Optional wiper blade for in-situ cleaning, spray ring for continuous flushing, and LED/halogen illumination for dark fluids. Sanitary tri-clamp models available for pharmaceutical and food-grade service. ASME B16.34 / DIN 28120 compliant.

The Sight Glass / Flow Indicator -- Flanged Process SS316 is designed, manufactured, and tested in accordance with applicable API / ASME / BS / ISO international standards. Compliance documentation and Material Test Certificates (EN 10204 3.1) are provided with every order.
Standard construction is carbon steel, stainless steel (CF8 / CF8M), and special alloy grades. Alternative and upgraded grades -- Duplex, Super Duplex, Inconel, Monel, Hastelloy, and NACE MR0175 trims for sour service -- are available on request.
It is offered in a range of sizes as per the technical specification with standard ANSI / ASME pressure classes (PN ratings on request). End connections include flanged (RF / RTJ), butt-weld, socket-weld, and screwed ends as per specification.

Every valve undergoes hydrostatic shell and seat testing per API 598 / ISO 5208. Documentation includes EN 10204 3.1 MTC (3.2 on request), NDT reports, and fire-safe (API 607) or NACE MR0175 certification where applicable. Third-party inspection by TÜV, SGS, Bureau Veritas, or Lloyd's Register can be arranged.
