This datasheet covers through-conduit slab gate valves to API 6D with floating self-relieving seats for crude oil, natural gas, LPG, and refined product pipeline piggable isolation.

Notes

API 6D valves require periodic seat seal testing using body bleed valve; test frequency depends on service severity and regulatory requirements.
Floating seats require minimum differential pressure to seal; for low-differential or vacuum service, specify fixed-seat or resilient-seat design.
ENP coating thickness is 50-75 µm; do not weld or machine gate after coating as this destroys corrosion protection and increases friction.
For sour gas service (H2S > 0.01 MPa partial pressure), select NACE MR0175 compliant materials with hardness < 22 HRC.
Pigging frequency and pig type (foam, steel, or smart) must be communicated at order to verify bore clearance and seat compatibility.
