Tilting Disc Check Valve -- API 594 SS316

Technical Datasheet -- Tilting Disc Check Valves for Low Pressure Drop and Non-Slam Closure

Document No.SV-DATA-TDCV-001
RevisionA

ManufacturerSupreme Valves India, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India

Tilting disc (tilting wafer) check valves for horizontal and vertical pipeline service. Hinged disc tilts open with minimal obstruction at very low cracking pressure (0.02--0.05 bar), providing 30--50% lower pressure drop than equivalent swing check valves. Rapid non-slam closure on flow reversal prevents water hammer and pipeline vibration. Compact wafer or lug design. SS316, WCB, or NAB body. API 594 / BS 1868 / ASME B16.34 compliant. Optional spring-assisted closure for vertical installations.
