Triple offset butterfly valves (TOBV) for critical high-pressure and high-temperature isolation service. The triple-offset geometry (shaft offset from disc centre, shaft offset from pipe centreline, and conical seating surface angle) ensures zero interference between disc and seat during operation, achieving bubble-tight metal-to-metal sealing with minimal wear. Suitable for Class 600 pressure rating and temperatures up to 600 deg C.

Notes
- All valves are manufactured by Supreme Valves India as per our standard specifications.
- Seat overlay material (Stellite 6 vs Inconel 625) should be selected based on service temperature and corrosion requirements.
- For cryogenic service (below -50 deg C), extended bonnet and cryogenic packing are required.
- For NACE MR0175 sour service, material upgrade to SS316L or duplex SS body and Inconel 625 overlay is required.
- All valves are factory-tested per API 598: hydrostatic shell test 1.5 x design pressure, seat leakage test 1.1 x design pressure (zero visible leakage), functional test (full stroke, torque verification).
