The 2" Class 150 flanged glandless globe valve uses a proprietary live-loaded bellows seal system at the stem entry that completely eliminates fugitive emissions and stem seepage — the primary maintenance headache and safety concern in conventional graphite-packed globe valves. The carbon steel ASTM A216 WCB body and stainless steel trim provide reliable service in steam, water, oil, and gas applications. How Glandless Seal Technology Works

Bellows Seal at Stem Entry

A corrugated metal bellows is welded to the stem at one end and to the bonnet at the other, creating a permanently sealed barrier at the stem penetration point. This replaces conventional graphite gland packing entirely.

Zero Leakage at Stem

The bellows compresses and extends with stem travel while maintaining a hermetic seal regardless of pressure, temperature, or number of operating cycles. No fugitive emissions, no steam weeping, no hazardous leakage.

Secondary Backup Seal

A graphite ring packing is retained below the bellows as a secondary leak-path barrier. Even in the extremely unlikely event of bellows failure, the graphite packing prevents process fluid from escaping to atmosphere.
