Heavy-duty high pressure globe valves rated up to 10000 PSI (690 bar). Sizes 1/4" to 2" (DN8 to DN50). Available in Y-pattern and Z-pattern designs. API 602, BS 1873, ASME B16.34. PTFE packing to 232C, graphite packing to 400C. Screwed (NPT/BSPT), socket weld, and butt weld ends. Bubble-tight sealing with Class IV/V leakage rating. Ideal for oil & gas, chemical processing, power plants, steam systems, hydraulic and instrumentation applications.

Product Overview

Supreme Valves India manufactures high pressure globe valves designed for demanding industrial applications. These forged steel valves are engineered to handle pressures up to 10000 PSI (690 bar) while maintaining reliable, bubble-tight sealing in continuous service.

Available in Y-pattern (angled) and Z-pattern (straight-through) configurations, these valves are designed per API 602 (compact steel valves), BS 1873 (steel globe valves), and ASME B16.34 (pressure-temperature ratings). The Y-pattern design provides a smoother flow path with minimal pressure drop, while the Z-pattern offers direct flow for applications requiring minimal resistance.

The guided, non-rising stem design ensures precise disc movement for accurate throttling control. Stellite-surfaced seats and disc provide exceptional wear resistance and bubble-tight sealing (Class IV/V per API 598). PTFE or graphite packing options enable service temperatures from -20C to +400C.
