Notes
- Angle stop check valves are unidirectional; install with flow arrow matching actual process direction cast on body.
- 90-degree angle body creates a flow direction change; verify that downstream piping can accept the changed orientation without stress.
- Spring-assisted closure is recommended for vertical riser installations and high-velocity condensate pump discharge.
- For high-temperature service above 425°C, specify WC6 body with Stellite 6 trim and graphite packing upgrade.
- IBR certification requires third-party inspection and Form III-C; specify at order and allow 3 weeks additional schedule.
