Concentric (rubber-lined) butterfly valves for general industrial, water, HVAC, and chemical service. Shaft passes through the centre of the disc with no eccentric offset. Rubber-lined body and disc edge provide API 598 Class A bubble-tight shutoff at low cost. Wafer or lug type. EPDM, NBR, Viton, or PTFE liner options. Simple robust design with low operating torque and long service life. API 609 Category A / MSS SP-67 / ASME B16.34 compliant. Lever, gear, or actuator operated.

Notes
- Liner material (EPDM / NBR / Viton FPM / PTFE) must be specified by the purchaser based on service fluid and temperature.
- For dead-end service, specify lug type with tapped holes and confirm downstream flange bolting can support the full pressure thrust load.
- For high-temperature service (> 120 deg C EPDM limit), Viton FPM or PTFE liner with SS316 body is required; EPDM and NBR are not suitable.
- For potable water service, specify WRAS-approved or NSF-61 certified EPDM liner and coating.
- For abrasive slurry service (sand, tailings), rubber-lined concentric butterfly valve is not recommended -- consider rubber-lined high-performance or knife gate valve instead.
