Notes
- All pressure-containing components are Charpy impact tested at -196°C with minimum 27 J average absorbed energy.
- Extended bonnet length is calculated per BS 6364 to position gland at least 150 mm above predicted frost line; confirm insulation thickness.
- PTFE seats are suitable for most cryogenic service; specify PCTFE or PEEK for higher differential pressure or oxygen service.
- Oxygen service requires special cleaning and degreasing to ASTM G93 Level 300; mark valve body with 'OXYGEN CLEAN'.
- Valves are shipped with end protectors and nitrogen purge to prevent atmospheric moisture ingress during storage.
